Different colours can still belong together
A coordinated table does not require every bowl and plate to share a colour. Their connection might come from tone, curved lines or a neutral shade repeated across the setting.
Start with a base colour and one accent. Light bowls can sit beside deep green plates, while other elements remain simple enough to give the eye a resting place.
Before adding pieces, arrange what you already have in natural light. A photograph from above can reveal which colour dominates and where a little restraint would help.
