Supply conditions and limitations

1. Delivery coverage

The website presents Dong Hwa Essential tableware and JIN TUCBEGHI cookware. Delivery currently covers Vietnam. Requests outside that coverage or large-volume orders require individual confirmation.

2. Product and order confirmation

Supply depends on availability, variant and delivery address. Check codes, capacity, dimensions and colours; lighting and screens may affect appearance. If the requested item cannot be supplied, agree a substitute or cancellation before proceeding.

3. Use limitations

Do not assume every item is suitable for stovetops, ovens, microwaves or dishwashers. Follow the markings and instructions for the exact product. Avoid thermal shock and stop using items cracked or chipped on food-contact surfaces.

4. Details to confirm when ordering

Provide accurate contact details and a deliverable address. For buildings, industrial sites or locations with access rules, include necessary instructions and an available recipient. Do not provide someone else’s address without permission.

Availability, quantities, delivery and payment must be checked. Selecting a product or saving website information does not replace confirmation that Dong Hwa can supply the order.

5. Unavailable items or variant changes

If a requested variant is unavailable, discuss restocking, a substitute or cancellation of the unavailable portion. Agree the code, size, colour and price of any substitute; two products in the same series are not automatically equivalent.

For multi-item orders, clarify single or split delivery, related charges and payments already made. A visible photograph or catalogue entry alone does not establish a restocking date.

6. Ceramic characteristics and descriptions

Glaze colour and perceived texture vary with lighting, screens and camera angles. A collection image may show several sizes while your selected code covers one specification. Base your order on the confirmed specifications and components of that code.

Image variation does not mean cracks, chips or functional faults are normal characteristics. If unsure, send photographs and a description for assessment instead of continuing use or making assumptions.

7. Changes, cancellations and special requests

To change quantity, address or cancel, contact us promptly with the order reference. Options depend on whether the order is confirmed, packed or handed to the carrier. Confirm the outcome with staff; changing a new cart does not alter a previously agreed order.

Business gifts, special packaging and custom requests require separate agreement on scope, timing and changes. Any resulting charge or payment obligation should be explained before you agree.
