DONG HWA ESSENTIAL

Payment policy

1. Payment methods

Checkout displays cash on delivery and bank transfer. Availability is confirmed for your order and delivery address. Check the total and recipient details before choosing a method.

2. Bank transfers

Transfer only after verifying the beneficiary account through Dong Hwa’s official contact channel. Use the payment reference provided with your order confirmation and keep the receipt. Do not rely on messages from unfamiliar accounts.

3. Reconciliation and discrepancies

For incorrect amounts, duplicate payments or missing confirmation, call +84 28 2253 7778 with your order reference and receipt. Never provide OTPs or banking passwords. Refunds are reconciled against the actual transaction and the delivery, returns and refunds policy.

4. Checks before payment

Step 1: check products, variants, packages and quantities. Step 2: verify recipient, address and phone number. Step 3: review the total, shipping and optional charges. Step 4: confirm the payment method available for the order.

Pay only when the details are clear. Discuss address changes, invoices or multiple recipients beforehand to avoid reconciliation after a transfer.

5. Cash on delivery

For confirmed cash-on-delivery orders, prepare the confirmed amount and pay the delivery representative according to the carrier’s instructions. Check the order reference or sender details to avoid accepting the wrong parcel.

If the requested collection amount differs from the agreed total, contact Dong Hwa before paying. Inspection before payment depends on the confirmed delivery procedure; ask in advance rather than assuming it is identical for every order.

6. Transfer references and receipts

Check the beneficiary name, bank, account number and amount before authorising a transfer. Use the reference provided to identify your order. Keep the transaction reference, time, amount and receipt.

If asked unexpectedly to change the beneficiary account, verify through +84 28 2253 7778 rather than simply replying to the message. Do not scan payment QR codes or open payment links of uncertain origin.

7. Pending, incorrect or duplicate payments

If your account has been debited without confirmation, check the bank status and request reconciliation; do not immediately send the same amount again. For underpayments, overpayments or duplicates, provide receipts for each relevant transaction.

If funds have not reached the intended account, work with the bank to trace them. Dong Hwa can reconcile only funds actually received; bank processing times must be checked for the transaction. Confirm the recipient and method before a refund is made.
