A good care routine starts with patience. Let the item reach the condition recommended in its instructions before cleaning, rather than moving it straight from heat into cold water.

Storage shapes daily convenience. A stack that is too tall, or wedged between heavy pieces, makes bowls harder to lift and put away safely.

Two ceramic pieces can have different use instructions. Their colour, shape or similarity to something you previously owned cannot replace guidance for the exact item.

Kitchen transitions happen quickly: from refrigerator to heat, or from a hot surface to the sink. For ceramics, the important starting point is the temperature guidance for each product.

An unusual mark, an unfamiliar sound or a chipped handle is a reason to pause and inspect a piece. Do not keep using it simply because its overall shape remains intact.
