Do not guess: read the appliance symbols first

Two ceramic pieces can have different use instructions. Their colour, shape or similarity to something you previously owned cannot replace guidance for the exact item.

Check the symbols and instructions for microwave, oven, dishwasher or hob use. Read the limits and conditions as well as the icon itself.

If the product page or supplied information is unclear, ask before using the item with an appliance. A quick question is better than experimenting and addressing the consequences afterwards.
