What to do when a piece does not look right
An unusual mark, an unfamiliar sound or a chipped handle is a reason to pause and inspect a piece. Do not keep using it simply because its overall shape remains intact.
Note when the issue appeared, how the item was used and when it was received. Take clear photographs of the whole piece and the affected area, and keep your order information available.
Contact Dong Hwa for guidance based on the actual condition and applicable policy. Avoid gluing, grinding or repairing food-contact or heated items without appropriate instructions.
