Pricing policy

1. Displayed prices

Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND). Check the name, code, size, colour and package before ordering; variants may have different prices. Styling accessories are not included unless stated in the description.

2. Order total and additional charges

Review items, shipping, gift wrapping and add-ons in the order summary. The current displayed shipping charge is VND 30,000, waived from VND 1,000,000. Contact us to confirm invoice, tax or business-quotation details before payment.

3. Offers and price checks

Offers follow the scope and duration of each promotion. If a price or total appears incorrect, contact us before transferring money. Wholesale and customised orders require an individual quotation.

4. Understanding the unit price

A single-item price is not necessarily the price of the entire set pictured. Check the package, quantity and included components. For pots, check capacity; for bowls, plates and cups, check dimensions or the product code rather than relying on the image.

If you choose a multi-item package and a quantity above one, both selections affect the item count. For example, a two-item package with quantity three contains six items. Ask before confirming if the calculation is unclear.

5. Gift wrapping and add-ons

The checkout currently displays a VND 35,000 gift-wrap and card surcharge. Add-on products are separately priced and are not automatically free gifts. Review cart lines to see which options have been selected and their totals.

For multiple gifts, discuss set allocation, separate wrapping and recipients before paying. Special design or packaging requests are not assumed to be included in the displayed surcharge.

6. Prices before and after confirmation

Check the order summary because the variant, package or quantity may have changed since browsing. Keep the confirmation showing the price for your transaction. If the payment request differs from confirmed information, pause payment and ask for a check.

For display or entry errors, clarify the correct price and resolution with the customer rather than assuming acceptance of a replacement price. Payments already made are reconciled against the actual transaction.

7. Business quotations and invoices

For a suitable quotation, provide product codes, expected quantities, delivery location, required date and packaging requirements. A quotation should specify products, charges, payment terms and validity so both parties can check it.

For an invoice, provide the correct company name, tax code, address and invoice contact through a confirmed channel. A displayed website price alone does not establish the tax presentation on documents; confirm this before payment.
